PositiveEdge Software Methodology (PSM) is a sequence of actions that must be taken to produce measurable results and a model that illustrates the interaction between several elements of PSM. The process described herein has been broken down into Phases. Each Phase consists of workflows that detail activities performed in that phase.

The PSM Process is also an iterative process in which each phase may depend on input from a previous phase and may also accept input from later stages of development. Iterations are a way of simulating implementation scenarios. Each iteration will consist of certain activities that will be performed during that iteration.
